ABOUT THE JOB

The role of the Account Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Identifying companies that need help finding great employees.
  • Meeting with hiring managers and executive officers and learning how and why they partner with staffing and recruiting companies to find talent.
  • Preparing service plans to address the goals of your customers and help them access great people to work for them.
  • Make in person calls, telephone calls, send emails and use all forms of communication to identify good prospects and close business.




REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates for the Account Manager position will possess the following:

  • The ability to establish repour very quickly with new people.
  • The confidence to cold call.
  • The ability to receive training and put that training into action.
  • Very strong communication skills both written and verbal.

These positions are open to candidates with staffing / recruiting industry experience as well as to candidates who have transitional skills. We have found individuals coming from the service industries, retail sales, waitress / waiters, or other similar industries have the traits be VERY successful in the staffing industry.
