What you will be doing

The Account Manager (L2) is responsible for delivering best-in-class client experiences when working with The Collective. Account Manager will strive to deliver fantastic customer service to drive client satisfaction and renewals. Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for Collective clients, the Account Manager will work to deliver strategic, data-driven upsell opportunities to clients while also ensuring seamless execution of programming, ensure on time launches and exceptional execution of Annual Plans.

The position will be based in Boise, ID, or one of our main regional offices (Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Pleasanton, CA, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, Fullerton, CA, or Phoenix, AZ).

Main responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and manage annual omni-channel campaigns aligned with Albertson's business objectives, driving increased sales, units, and revenue goals
  • Foster cross- functional relationships to create cohesive merchandise and marketing plans, collaborating with Marketing, Digital Merchandise, National and Division Category Directors, and Collective partnerships
  • Collaborate with Media, and Client Success to develop omni channel promotion and seasonal packages, providing value to CPGS and supporting Albertsons business objectives
  • Oversee end-to-end media campaigns, handling CPG submissions, briefing, IO's, creative approvals, product validation, campaign wrap reporting
  • Transmit funding agreements and reconcile revenue collection with Albertsons Finance
  • Monitor and analyze performance of promotional campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs, and provide reporting to stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue targets by developing and advancing current and forward-looking partnerships
  • Ensures strong data hygiene and accuracy each week for CRM inputs through IO signature, and provides account-level forecasting predictions
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally to effectively advocate for the Voice of the Customer
  • Demonstrated ability to identify leads, map internal stakeholders and decision makers, and progress the deal stage
  • Continuously monitor, learn and develop knowledge of Retail Media, Ad Tech, and Media landscape
  • Business travel as needed
The salary range is $82,900 to $107,680 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.

What we are searching for
  • 3+ years of sales/retail/media experience
  • Strong understanding of retail and digital media required
  • Ability to meet/exceed quota, track revenue and grow accounts
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills with ability to prep and present based on audience up to VP level
  • Proven ability to foster partnerships with merchandizing partners
