Job Summary :
The Account Manager is responsible for managing a team of recruiters at client facilities in light
industrial or stadium event settings. This role requires an experienced and proactive individual
who can build relationships, strategize staffing solutions, and ensure safe and compliant
operations. The ideal candidate will balance high-level oversight with hands-on involvement in
daily operations to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the key
contact for all staffing needs and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
Team Leadership: Oversee and lead a team of onsite recruiters, providing guidance,
support, and coaching to achieve high performance and meet client expectations.
Strategic Staffing Solutions: Develop and implement staffing strategies that align with
client goals and industry demands. Address any challenges in fulfillment and propose
effective solutions.
Onsite Operations Management: Monitor day-to-day staffing operations, ensuring
smooth execution and efficiency, and step in as needed to resolve issues or provide
support.
Safety Compliance: Enforce and monitor safety protocols for all staff working at client
facilities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and fostering a culture of safety.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on staffing metrics and key performance
indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for enhanced
service delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to
ensure the staffing operations stay competitive and efficient.
Continuous Engagement: Create an environment of continuous improvement, fun, and
engagement for contingent workers, fostering a positive and motivating workplace
culture that encourages high performance and job satisfaction.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) :
Client Satisfaction: Measure client satisfaction through feedback, surveys, and regular
check-ins to ensure long-term relationship building.
Staffing Fulfillment Rate: Track the percentage of open roles filled within the required
Safety Compliance: Monitor and ensure all staffing operations adhere to safety protocols
with zero major safety violations.
Recruitment Performance: Assess the performance of the onsite team by monitoring
recruiter productivity, quality of hires, and team morale.
Operational Efficiency: Track the efficiency of onsite operations, identifying and resolving
any bottlenecks or challenges to smooth execution.
Ideal Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in staffing or account management, particularly in
light industrial or event-based environments.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, providing direction,
support, and motivation in a fast-paced, high-need environment.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of staffing solutions and the ability to
strategize and implement staffing plans that align with client needs and operational
goals.
Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability
to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Problem Solving: Ability to think strategically and tactically to resolve issues and address
client needs in real-time.
Safety Minded: Knowledge of safety standards and regulations within manufacturing or
event-based environments, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hands-on role when needed, and capable of
adapting to the changing needs of the client or staffing situation.
