Overview
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for client engagement, order fulfillment, and strategic account growth. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Acts as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring excellent service and responsiveness.
- Develops and maintains strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct daily outbound calls to clients to obtain updated orders and address any immediate concerns.
- Identifies opportunities within active clients for expanding services and increasing order fulfillment.
- Collaborates with clients to understand workforce needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Maintains the order accuracy in the CRM system, adding/removing and adjusting as needed.
Performance & Growth
- Achieves key performance metrics and goals as set by the Account Management Supervisor, including outbound calls, active billed clients, total candidates submitted and accepted.
- Identifies and implements strategies to grow market share within assigned regions.
- Provides weekly reports and updates to manager
- Works closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of staffing needs.
Collaboration & Communication
- Establishes strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including recruitment, compliance, and sales.
- Provides insights on market trends, client feedback, and competitive positioning to enhance business strategy.
- Provides detailed information required for any client presentations, contracts, or proposals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in account management is required.
- Previous experience working within healthcare staffing is strongly preferred
- Must have strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
