Account Manager
We're seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join the team at Intercare Insurance. In this role, you'll manage client relationships, ensure smooth execution of workers' compensation programs, and collaborate with internal teams to drive client success. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to define needs and scope of analysis.
- Work with internal teams to gather data on claims, client relations, and workflow.
- Analyze data to recommend effective, data-driven solutions.
- Coordinate implementation with departments and advise clients on best practices.
- Lead customer satisfaction initiatives, including surveys and annual stewardship reports.
- Support account retention by attending review meetings and preparing "accounts at risk" reports.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of the California Labor Code and Workers' Compensation system
- Proven ability to analyze data and deliver client-focused solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in account management or a similar role
