What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement client relationship strategies, including KPIs and recurring meetings.
- Oversee key partnerships for service and small construction projects.
- Plan, schedule, and manage project activities, including labor projections.
- Lead innovative solutions for complex client challenges and queries.
- Drive account planning to achieve performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
- Monitor sales metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Stay informed on market changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Attend pre-bid, job-planning, and job progress meetings as needed.
- Promote a positive work environment and engage with marketing and business development efforts.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years in business development or project-based management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (occasional travel required)
