Position Overview:We are looking for a results-driven, highly analytical Amazon Account Manager to lead and manage our clients' Amazon businesses. This role requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in client-facing communications. You will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and Amazon, responsible for driving performance, resolving challenges, and managing projects from end to end.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, owning all aspects of their Amazon business.
- Amazon Expertise: Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts, including listings, content, promotions, and compliance.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, improve profitability, and increase operational efficiency.
- Analytical Reporting: Use data to drive decisions-analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and create actionable insights and reports.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve listing issues, suppressed ASINs, and policy violations.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute product launches, content updates, and marketing initiatives.
- Communication: Lead regular client phone and video calls, presenting performance updates, strategy plans, and resolving questions with clarity and confidence.
- Relationship Building: Act as a liaison between clients and Amazon, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Independence: Operate with a high level of autonomy while effectively managing multiple accounts and priorities.
Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce account management, preferably with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills-comfortable working in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, filtering) and using data to tell a story.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading client-facing video and phone calls.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Experience with Amazon tools and platforms, such as Brand Registry, A+ Content, or Flat File uploads.
- Familiarity with SEO optimization and catalog/content best practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
