Pacer Group is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Account Manager to join our team
in Greater Philadelphia Area. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate and strengthen
relationships with our existing clients, uncover new recruitment opportunities, and deliver
exceptional results through driving candidate placements. As a key contributor to Pacer's
mission of client success and business growth, this role requires a proven track record of
building and managing client relationships, expanding business opportunities, and
acquiring new client accounts. This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on both

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring
exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with client hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs
and proactively secure additional job requisitions for Pacer's recruitment team.
• Foster strong and continuous communication with clients, addressing challenges,
aligning expectations, and ensuring smooth, efficient staffing operations.
2. Account Growth and Farming:
• Build and expand relationships with key client stakeholders to identify new hiring
needs and proactively farm additional job orders.
• Work closely with internal recruitment managers and teams to prioritize and fill
client job requisitions in a timely and effective manner.
• Strategically pinpoint opportunities to increase placement volume, driving
measurable results and contributing to the growth of the client relationship.
3. Recruitment Support:
• Partner with Pacer's recruiters to ensure a clear understanding of client
requirements and align candidate sourcing strategies with those needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end placement process, coordinating between clients,
candidates, and internal recruitment teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the recruitment and
placement process, ensuring seamless execution.
4. Business Development (New Client Acquisition):
• Leverage industry knowledge, networks, and market insights to identify and secure
new client accounts for Pacer Staffing.
• Develop and implement targeted strategies to engage prospective clients and
highlight Pacer's unique staffing solutions and value proposition.
• Work closely with the business development team to meet and exceed new
business acquisition targets, contributing to overall sales and company growth.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on key client metrics, requisition volume, placement
success, and overall account performance.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to continually enhance
client engagement, recruitment processes, and overall account management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
o 0-5 years of experience in client relationship management,
account management, or business development, ideally within the staffing
or workforce solutions industry.
o Demonstrated success in cultivating and farming additional business
opportunities within existing client accounts.
o Proven experience in acquiring new clients or securing "new logos" is a
strong advantage.
Skills:
o Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients.o Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage
multiple client accounts and projects.
o Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets.
o Proficiency in using ATS systems, CRM tools, and other recruitment
technology platforms to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
o Bilingual proficiency in Korean is a plus.
