Job Overview

We're looking for a resourceful, driven, and adaptable Account Manager to join our team. This role is for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and tackle a variety of critical tasks - from calling prospects and scheduling demos to creating sales PDFs, client-facing materials, or even videos. You'll be directly supporting sales and client success, helping to close deals, onboard clients, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and clients to schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups.
  • Take calls from clients & resolve customer tickets.
  • Keeping Hubspot (CRM) clean and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate calendars and set appointments for the sales and executive team.
  • Create client-facing assets, such as PDFs, product overviews, and custom proposals.
  • Assist in producing basic videos or demos for client education or marketing
  • Draft contracts and e-sign documents.
  • Support client onboarding and post-sale follow-up efforts.
  • Assist with special projects as needed in sales, marketing, or operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (Minimum 1 year).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Hubspot), Google Suite (Docs, presentations, sheets) and Slack.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • We communicate directly with outline the problems we need to solve. If you are not able to take those conversations, ask questions where needed, and take action, this is not the role for you.

Compensation:

  • $18-25 hourly based on experience. In-office (Orem, UT).
  • Health Insurance, 401k Match.
  • Commission for deals (Client Upsells, new sales).
  • No PTO, however work schedule is flexible. If you want to go to Europe for a week, you're welcome to do so.

Interview process:

1. Initial 15-minutes video interview.

2. 30 Minute in-person interview.

3. Final interview for technical and specific knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour


Expected hours: 40 per week
