Account Manager
We are seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Account Manager on behalf of our client, someone who combines strong relationship management with a deep understanding of the sales process and a passion for growth. This role is perfect for a proactive go-getter who thrives on driving results, expanding accounts, and identifying opportunities within the Medical Devices sector.
You will manage and grow existing client relationships while delivering tailored design solutions that align with client goals in this innovative and highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, building trust and delivering value through solutions tailored to their evolving needs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to deepen engagement and promote long-term partnerships.
Sales-Driven Account Growth
- Take ownership of upselling and cross-selling efforts within accounts, leveraging a structured sales process to present compelling, customized solutions.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify new business opportunities, and proactively address challenges.
Strategic Planning & Market Insights
- Build and execute client account plans that align with broader business goals and market dynamics.
- Stay on top of trends and innovations in the Medical Devices industry to deliver forward-thinking, value-added solutions.
Target Achievement & Reporting
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and account growth targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client engagement in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Requirements
Experience
- Proven success in growing client accounts, hitting revenue goals, and executing a structured sales approach.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
