Job Description
Our Account Manager leads creative and production efforts on multiple accounts across a variety of projects, including digital campaigns and interactive web/digital product builds. Do you have 3+ years of agency experience in managing web projects? If so, read on.
Responsible for product quality, timeline management, and profitability - the Account Manager is the product owner for all assigned brand, digital and print projects. This role requires management of the entire process from definition of estimates, scope of work, and comprehensive project plans, through to QA and launch. Working closely with various teams and clients, you will act as a communications liaison to ensure various departments succeed, and client needs, and objectives are translated into effective solutions.
Responsibilities
• Compile project estimates
• Comprehensive project planning
• Weekly resource planning
• Identify strategic growth opportunities
• Manage production calendars
• Manage production budgets
• Work across departments to ensure work is completed on time and within approved budgets
• Gather assets from clients and ensure items are organized and accessible to production resources in a timely manner
• Lead User acceptance testing efforts
• Manage deliverable deadlines and internal review processes
• Manage QA process to ensure all work is delivered to spec against approved SOW or project brief
• Act as an internal liaison; facilitating open communication between teams
• Provide status of timeline, profitability and progress on all assigned projects during weekly status meetings
• Set up, plan agendas for, and lead internal team meetings and client-deliverable meetings and provide actionable notes/recaps
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of agency experience within a digitally savvy capacity required
• Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed project plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings
• Proven track record in prioritizing a heavy workload
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and minimal supervision
• Superb written and communications skills
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable and confident acting as a product owner
• Professional, friendly demeanor with extremely strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
• Positive, professional team-player who embraces team success
• Bachelor's degree required

We are a team of 13 individuals who come together in our NYC NoMad loft and work closely to build brands, create websites and integrated campaigns with lasting impact. We help our clients in finance, insurance, education, media, technology and human services meet the ever-changing nature of communications.
The candidate will report to the agency President, with daily interaction with the account, design and development teams. This is a full-time position and we are in the office 3 days per week. We offer a competitive salary, 401k, health benefits, vision and dental, and excellent room for growth.
