Role Mandate

To support our expanding client base, we're hiring an Account Manager to ensure exceptional client experiences focused on onboarding, product adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion.


As the first dedicated Account Manager at Atomic, you'll play a critical role in client success by ensuring seamless onboarding, high product adoption, clear demonstration of ROI, and long-term satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with your sales, technical and product teammates to proactively manage relationships, identify client challenges and opportunities, and directly influence our product's evolution.


Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships from post-sale, becoming their trusted advisor to maximize their outcomes with Atomic.
  • Lead and refine client onboarding processes to ensure fast, impactful implementation.
  • Drive active product usage and clearly demonstrate value and ROI to client stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify client needs and challenges, coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Navigate client organizations to engage decision-makers and stakeholders, facilitating retention, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
  • Regularly engage clients to gather feedback, strengthen relationships, and proactively address concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates, contributing insights and feedback to shape our commercial and product roadmap, including AI-driven features.

Ideal Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated commercial aptitude: experience or clear ability in client-facing roles or managing commercial relationships.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory planning processes and concepts.
  • SaaS experience a definite plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport quickly and navigate complex client dynamics.
  • Fluency and active adoption of generative AI tools to enhance productivity and client interactions.
  • Excellent judgment, business acumen, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Curiosity and commitment to deeply understanding client businesses, objectives, and challenges.
  • 5+ years of professional experience
