Are you a relationship-driven sales professional passionate about growing business and supporting partners?
MSE seeks an experienced Account Manager to drive regional sales and support our network. You'll play a vital role in boosting revenue, training new partners, leading contract negotiations, and representing the company at key industry events.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with customers to develop account strategies and improve organizational performance.
- Drive sales growth within your assigned territory.
- Onboard and train new customers.
- Lead contract negotiations and support closing efforts.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives for contract accounts.
- Attend trade shows and participate in educational sales conferences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Resolve product issues and customer complaints with urgency and professionalism.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of sales experience in the flexible film or packaging industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High initiative, performance-driven mindset.

Additional Details:
