Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join a dynamic inside sales team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to grow into a consultative B2B role within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Make 50-60 outbound calls per day to qualified decision-makers in small to mid-sized businesses
- Serve as the initial point of contact to introduce and explain vehicle fleet programs
- Qualify leads by collecting key business data (fleet size, locations, interest level, etc.)
- Schedule 10+ qualified appointments daily for the senior sales team
- Log activities and maintain pipeline updates in CRM software
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendor partners
- Support additional services such as leasing, financing, trade-ins, and custom packages
- Participate in ongoing training in fleet sales strategy, pricing, and leasing structures
Qualifications: - 3-5 years of work experience post-college in inside sales, call center, or outreach-heavy roles
- Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills
- Motivated, coachable, and able to follow a structured, metrics-based sales process
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Interest in automotive, B2B sales, or leasing programs is a plus
Compensation Structure: - Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience
- Commission: $5,000-$10,000 annually
