We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Boise, Idaho.
What You'll do

We partner with industry leading providers such as Cisco, F5, VMware, Palo Alto, Microsoft and many more to develop and deliver integrated solutions. CompuNet provides on-the-job training in a fast paced, energetic & engaging environment. This role is responsible for assembling quotes, processing and tracking orders and providing a superior customer experience for our clients. Product and program knowledge will be essential to the success of the Account Manager. Day-to-day tasks may include:
  • Supporting our outside sales team by assembling quotes
  • Processing and tracking orders with distributors and manufacturers
  • Assisting in managing clients' overall customer experience with CompuNet
  • Working with manufacturer and distributor partners in all facets to ensure we are ordering and receiving the correct equipment at the correct cost
  • Processing return material authorizations (RMA)
  • Providing excellent internal and external customer service each and every day
Who you are

You're a strong team player that is invested in helping your customers succeed and contributing to a great company culture. You have the following knowledge, skills, abilities and/or education:
  • 1-3 years inside and/or outside sales experience with an emphasis on 2-tier Value Added Reseller programs
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and co-workers
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
  • Comfortable with team-based work structure
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job
Our ideal candidate would also have the following preferred knowledge, skills, abilities and/or education:
  • Bachelor's Degree
