Role Description
This is a full-time, with benefits, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Louisville, KY. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving account growth. They will monitor and address client needs, provide recommendations and support, coordinate with internal teams, and develop strategies to improve client outcomes. The Account Manager will also handle day-to-day client communication and resolve issues efficiently.
