Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Support the development and implementation of influencer marketing campaigns tailored to clients' goals, objectives, and target audiences.
  • Identify, research, and vet creators based on campaign needs, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Coordinate outreach, communication, and contracting with creators, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor and track campaign progress, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to specification.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and operations, to facilitate seamless campaign execution.
  • Compile and organize performance data for internal analysis and client reporting, highlighting campaign successes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to help improve campaign strategies and processes.
  • Provide administrative support to senior team members and account managers, assisting with timelines, budgets, and new business pitches when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content coordination, or a demonstrated interest in the creator economy.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and an eagerness to learn about the influencer landscape and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for building relationships and supporting team success.
  • Comfortable with basic data analysis and reporting to track performance metrics.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and excitement for the creator economy and marketing.
