What You'll Be Doing

As an Account Manager for Frontier residential sales, you will be tasked with:

  • Communicating with clients, resolving conflicts, and overall compliance

  • Reviewing all major client deliverables.

  • Making sure that all client issues are dealt with efficiently.

  • Assisting sales team members with managing customer expectations and handling escalated concerns.

  • Collaborating with the sales team to improve strategies and techniques.

  • Ensure constant two-way communication between the client and team.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Frontier Communication's residential offerings.

To ideal candidate for the Frontier Account Manager position should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate degree in Management or a relevant field (preferred)

  • Prior experience as an Account Manager is a huge advantage

  • Willing to relocate or currently living near Long Beach, CA

  • Strong written and spoken communication

  • Excellent problem solving capabilities

  • Proficiency in using computer applications, particularly CRM software

  • The ability to work independently with little supervision

  • The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
