The primary purpose of this role is to drive the success of our Enterprise team by identifying and winning New Logo prospects.

Acquisition is a key focus area for Colt's Enterprise Sales division and vital for our future growth.

This role is part of our 'Global Teaming' function, targeting New Logo prospects in EMEA, with Colt headquartered in APAC-international collaboration is a key growth area.

What you will do:

The Account Executive for New Logo is responsible for profiling, discovery, engaging, and building strategic sales plans for New Logo prospects in the Enterprise sector.

Profile prospects based on Colt's target criteria.

Understand prospects' business strategies and align Colt's solutions to deliver measurable value.

Develop and manage relationships with prospects to secure new business.

Build and maintain relationships with Colt stakeholders in APAC, including Sales Leadership.

Create effective sales strategies and plans for new sales of Colt services and solutions.

Implement a proactive customer contact strategy to ensure high engagement levels at all organizational levels.

Adopt a consultative sales approach.

Collaborate with colleagues across Colt to develop tailored solutions supporting customer outcomes.

Achieve or exceed personal sales bookings targets for Colt solutions and products to a defined base of new prospects.

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

What we're looking for:

Experience in business development for New Logo sales.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, international customers.

Comfortable presenting, consulting, and advising at C-level and executive levels.

Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar qualification methodologies.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships.

Ability to work closely with customers and negotiate effectively.

Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and strategies.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Service Delivery).

Solid technology and Telecoms knowledge, with technical aptitude to stay current.

Effective decision-making based on business and financial principles.

Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Strong consultative selling experience from another industry and interest in transitioning into Telecoms.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
