ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Fred Milton State Farm is seeking an organized and efficient individual to customers with their insurance needs. Candidates will answer phones, assist customers with bill pay and filing claims.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Communicate efficiently with customers.
- Will work with agent/owner to promote business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Customer service experience preferred.
- Sales experience is a plus
- Must obtain Property and Casualty; Life/Health Licenses within 6-8 weeks of hire date (agent will assist with the process).
