Richard's Kitchen Store in Houma, LA is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Account Manager to join our team. With a competitive hourly salary ranging from $18 to $22, this role offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and customer-centric environment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our valued customers, and ensuring their needs are met with top-notch service. This position has a primary clientele base of marine and oilfield and/or remote living companies. Excellent communication and follow through is a must. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Utilize sales negotiation skills to secure profitable deals and contracts with clients.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategic plans for achieving sales targets and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
• Assisting customers with buying decisions on parts, small wares, and equipment in the food service industry. Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• Marine supply house or distribution sales experience is required.
• Strong sales negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Proven lead generation experience.
• Ability to work in our office setting 5 days a week and constantly reach out on the phone or email
• Foodservice management background preferred.
• 3 months of working as an assistant and training is a minimum timeline to prove you can take over your accounts. Compensation: $52,000 at plan
