We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Account Manager to join our tight-knit office team. This role is at the heart of our customer relationships and project coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced days, solving problems, and building great rapport over the phone.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound service and customer calls
- Serve as the main point of contact for 15+ active customers daily
- Maintain and update customer accounts and service records
- Conduct mid-project check-ins and coordinate upcoming projects
- Stay on top of 20-30 customer touchpoints daily
- Ensure proposals are accurate, sent promptly, and fully signed
- Keep customer accounts current and well-documented
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in Account Management within the HVAC, commercial, industrial, or facilities/building maintenance industry
- Strong communication skills and a great phone presence - you'll be talking to customers all day
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- A proactive, positive attitude - you're someone who makes things happen
- Ability to work in-office 5 days a week
