Who We Are:
Aesthetic Bosses is a fast-growing marketing consulting agency that helps medical aesthetic clinics and wellness franchises scale with AI, automation, and authority-based content. We work with 100+ clinic owners and franchise partners across the country, and now we're building a Denver-based powerhouse team to take things to the next level.
What You'll Do:
You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of med spa, IV therapy, and wellness clients-guiding them through onboarding, managing fulfillment, and driving measurable growth.
Your Role Includes:
Leading client success across accounts to drive marketing ROI and retention
Project managing onboarding and campaign execution from A-Z
Hosting regular client check-ins and reporting calls (Zoom and in-person)
Translating strategy into clear deliverables for our internal team
Monitoring key performance indicators (CPL, bookings, ROAS, etc.)
Ensuring each client gets white-glove service and proactive communication
Supporting franchise partner alignment, especially within national brands
You'll Thrive If You:
Live in the Denver metro area (This role is local only)
Have marketing agency experience or have worked closely with client accounts
Are comfortable on Zoom, organized in project management tools, and sharp with follow-ups
Have experience (or a strong interest) in the medical aesthetics industry (bonus points if you've worked in or with a med spa or IV clinic)
Know your way around CRMs, Google Sheets, and are tech-comfortable
Love balancing data, storytelling, and human connection in your work
Are the kind of person who can be trusted to own results, not just tasks
Compensation & Perks:
Starting at $55,000/year with performance-based growth
