SNI has partnered with a growing woman-owned business in North Fort Worth to find an Account Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, research, and customer service skills. This is an in office, contract to hire role paying up to $25- $30/hr.
Job duties:
- Supporting Sales Specialists in pursuing new customer leads
- Researching vendors in new areas
- Assisting in creating bids for potential new customers
- Supporting Sales Specialists in setting up new leads as customers
- Assisting in getting all necessary documentation together for new customers
- Assisting in setting up services for new and existing customers
- Supporting Sales Specialists in maintaining current customer relationships
- Responding to email and phone call requests and inquiries
- Maintaining positive vendor relations
- Providing updated bids for customers whose vendor has had a price increase
- Assisting in keeping accurate documentation for proper reporting
Required experience:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
