Role Summary:As we expand our Growth team, we are seeking a strategic Partnership and Community Manager to accelerate our evolution and help drive our business initiatives forward. The role will be focused on driving results, expanding our business relationships, and engaging a network of brand ambassadors. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, acquiring new ambassadors, make strategic partnerships, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships that align with our mission and business objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities:Partnership Development: - Identify and cultivate new strategic business partnership opportunities
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions and drive joint marketing efforts
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, exploring new opportunities for growth
Ambassador Program Management: - Recruit, onboard, and support brand ambassadors, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for success
- Develop, implement, and manage referral platform for brand ambassador and influencers
- Monitor ambassador performance, analyzing key metrics to drive improvements and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with Marketing Director and design team to develop and manage ambassador marketing campaigns, including promotions, incentives, and communication strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align execution of all strategies
- Coordinate with content and creative teams to develop engaging materials and campaigns for affiliates and partners
- Execute on ambassador management platform development and implementation
Skills/Abilities Needed for Success in Role: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing or customer success
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM/MA platform (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) Ambassador Management platforms, Project Management tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in negotiating agreements and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Occasional weekend/event work and travel may be required throughout the year
