About the Job

The primary responsibilities of the Account Manager include building collaborative relationships with clients that lead to placement opportunities for our healthcare providers. The Account Manager submits recruiters' candidates to clients, matching them with job orders from new and existing clients. Emphasis is on developing client relationships, influencing client decisions, creating strategic partnerships and the AM is responsible for ensuring that qualified candidates are matched appropriately and successfully complete assignments It includes daily collaboration with other internal teams, such as Credentialing, Accounting, and Recruitment.


What You'll Do

Being the primary point of contact with clients, building strong strategic partnerships, which result in increased market share.

Influence clients' hiring decisions when submitting candidates to open job orders.

Demonstrate motivation with consistent communication, detailed documentation, and effective listening skills.

Enhance the department's reputation by accepting ownership for not only achieving successes, but also by identifying opportunities.

Be able to successfully build partnerships with clients via phone calls, while working in an overly email-reliant setting.

Provide value and interest with clients by differentiating yourself from the typical vendor selling points.

Market open job orders to recruitment to increase visibility, knowledge, and focus to strategic accounts.

Manage and forecast strategic clients' needs and requirements, by analyzing account metrics and goals.

Develop internal recruitment and credentialing relationships based on mutual trust and support, so that clients' needs are met, quickly.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of previous experience with success in sales, recruiting, or account management experience.

Ability to establish collaborative relationships, demonstrate initiative, and perform as a team player.

Strategic thinking, strong listening, and communication skills

Strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Healthcare Staffing Industry experience preferred

Compensation

$80,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Weekly Pay & Monthly Commission Pay-Outs

Weekly Company-Wide Raffles based on production.
