Our Automotive Vertical at Internet Brands is growing, and we're looking for a talented Account Manager to join the team. If you're passionate about helping clients succeed, love solving problems, and have strong communication skills-we want to talk to you.
This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of customer service or account management experience who enjoys building relationships and delivering real value to customers. You'll be the go-to partner for our automotive dealer clients, helping them make the most of our lead generation tools and services.
Role Highlights:
Manage dealer accounts post-sale
Handle onboarding, account updates, and support
Make 40-50 outbound calls daily to strengthen dealer relationships
Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Marketing & more
Spot upsell opportunities and drive client success
Compensation: $18-$19/hour
