Our client, a Denver based horticulture product producer and distributor, is seeking a collaborative Account Manager for their Sales Team due to a promotion.




The Role:



  • 100% on site.

  • Travel 15% to 20%.

  • Will play a vital role in building and nurturing deep, lasting relationships with customers (high end nurseries, online retailers, Home & Garden retailers, flower and grass seed producers).

  • Will go beyond selling seeds, offering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.




Responsibilities:



  • Manage and grow a book of business by connecting with key executives and stakeholders while also identifying and cultivating new customer accounts.

  • Attend industry trade shows, which will provide valuable opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships, uncover new opportunities, and engage with fresh prospects.




The ideal candidate:



  • BS/BA

  • 2-5 years of either:


    • Sales

    • Business Development

    • Account Management

    • Customer Service/Support


  • In any of these industries:


    • Horticulture

    • Botany

    • Floriculture

    • Agriculture




Compensation:



  • Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000

  • Bonus + Profit Sharing Bonus
