Our client, a Denver based horticulture product producer and distributor, is seeking a collaborative Account Manager for their Sales Team due to a promotion.
The Role:
- 100% on site.
- Travel 15% to 20%.
- Will play a vital role in building and nurturing deep, lasting relationships with customers (high end nurseries, online retailers, Home & Garden retailers, flower and grass seed producers).
- Will go beyond selling seeds, offering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a book of business by connecting with key executives and stakeholders while also identifying and cultivating new customer accounts.
- Attend industry trade shows, which will provide valuable opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships, uncover new opportunities, and engage with fresh prospects.
The ideal candidate:
- BS/BA
- 2-5 years of either:
- Sales
- Business Development
- Account Management
- Customer Service/Support
- In any of these industries:
- Horticulture
- Botany
- Floriculture
- Agriculture
Compensation:
- Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000
- Bonus + Profit Sharing Bonus
