Our client, a global resin distributor with a growing U.S. footprint, is hiring a Regional Sales Representative to cover Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and Michigan. This is a growth role focused on selling a wide mix of prime and generic resins, including PP, PE, PC, ABS, and Nylons.


There's already 5-8 million pounds of business in the region - this isn't a cold-start territory. You'll be expected to grow it further while maintaining key relationships and delivering value to long-standing accounts.


The ideal candidate is someone who's built meaningful volume and understands the dynamics of resin distribution. Whether your experience is in commodity resins or engineered thermoplastics, your track record in the plastics industry is what matters most.


You'll be backed by a strong customer service team, a leadership group that supports without micromanaging, and the opportunity to work alongside a respected sales director who's spent 15+ years in the space.


  • Manage and grow accounts across OH, Western PA, and MI
  • Build relationships with processors and manufacturers
  • Sell across multiple material categories, with commission paid on every pound
  • Leverage support across customer service, logistics, and credit teams
  • Operate with autonomy - as long as the numbers are there, leadership has your back

This is an entrepreneurial sales role in a privately held company that is part of a much larger international enterprise. Deep pockets and long-term vision - without the red tape.


Base compensation between $125K-$165K, with uncapped commissions starting from dollar one. Most reps exceed $200K+ annually.
