Telesales Executive
Location: Birmingham On-Site


Overview
An established manufacturing and engineering business is looking for a Account Manager to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and sales experience to step into a fast-paced, supportive environment with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both incoming and outgoing sales call
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update customer records and internal databases
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment
  • Knowledge of materials used in manufacturing is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the engineering or industrial sector is a plus
