Account Manager/Inside Sales - Remote
Must reside in either EST or MDT
ISC's team of Sales Recruiters is partnering with a thriving post-acute care Healthcare Solutions company to identify experienced and successful Account Managers in the Easter and Mountain time zones.
The Account Manager/Inside Sales will work with outside sales to grow existing customers, prospect new customers, and meet/exceed monthly sales quotas. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing and stable company with a collaborative and positive culture.
Account Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of Sales experience, Medical Device industry preferred
- Proven successful background and documented track record of hitting quotas
- Strong presentation, digital selling, communication, and customer service skills
- Work independently, analytical, organized, strong business intelligence, and exceptional time management skills
- SAP and Salesforce experience preferred; MS Office required; some travel
- High energy, positive, adaptable, composed, tenacious, and innovative

Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to build customer relationships and drive sales
- Recommend products, process orders, and provide accurate info on pricing, availability, and delivery
- Upsell, cross-sell, and promote specials to increase order size
- Follow up on orders, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on products and industry trends
- Maintain customer records and support a professional, team-oriented environment
