Summary
The Account Manager will support the engagement and collaboration with a key customer account during new product introduction and sustaining stages, in new and existing project opportunities. Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders is key to this position. This role will also work with the customer sourcing team as well as cross-functional teams in both the US and Asia to reach business targets and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilties
- Develop relationships with customers to ensure smooth execution of new and existing opportunities.
- Own RFQ/RFP response and business negotiations on new project award processes.
- Provide regular quotations and conduct commercial reviews with customers.
- Manage and complete SOW and other contract negotiations.
- Work with cross-functional teams with both customer and internal teams to ensure project is executed on track.
- Proactively support to facilitate communication between China-based colleagues and customers.
- Provide regular project updates to team leads. Monitor and drive to complete assigned tasks and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 5+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of project management experience.
- Prefer to have experience handling tier-one customers in a consumer electronics high-tech environment.
- Sales/business development experience at leading OEM/ODM/CM is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
- Manage RFQ and Cost breakdown analysis experience.
- Motivation for sales and strong organizational skills with ability to lead multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills in different time zones and attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin is highly desired.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally when necessary.
- The base pay range for this role is between $127,029and $177,840 annually and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

- Experience in consumer electronics industry working with major/key customers.
