What You'll Do

- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with field crews, supervisors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Champion Sustainability: Use your plant expertise and passion for the environment to guide clients toward greener, more responsible landscaping solutions.
- Drive Results: Meet and exceed goals related to client retention, upselling, and new business development.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with ease
