We're partnering with an innovative leader in advanced wound care solutions that is expanding its footprint across the post-acute care market-and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join their growing sales team.
The Role:
As an Account Manager, you'll be the frontline representative responsible for driving sales growth and supporting clinical outcomes across wound care centers, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care centers, home health agencies, and other post-acute care settings. You'll manage existing accounts while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within your territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers in the post-acute care space.
- Drive sales of advanced wound care products by providing education, support, and product expertise.
- Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and follow-up visits.
- Collaborate with internal clinical support teams to ensure successful product adoption and patient outcomes.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals within your assigned territory.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record of quota achievement and account growth.
- Ability to travel locally within the territory (occasional overnight travel may be required).
- Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
