About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join one of our top clients in the Apache Junction, AZ area. This role is all about building strong, lasting relationships with clients while overseeing field operations to ensure service excellence.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure service and quality expectations are being met.
- Lead and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Proactively present site enhancement ideas and solutions.
- Drive referrals and support business development efforts.
- Generate accurate estimates while maintaining healthy gross margins.
- Assist in overall branch leadership and financial health.
- Ensure client records and databases are kept up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of customer service, management, and leadership experience (landscaping industry experience a plus.).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coach teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Comfortable traveling routinely by car to client sites.
