As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, executing media outreach, and supporting strategic initiatives across public relations and digital media.


Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee daily account operations and drive high-quality, impactful results for clients across a variety of lifestyle sectors. We're looking for candidates who bring a fresh perspective to

earned media and storytelling, with a focus on integrating brands into broader cultural conversations.


MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


Key Responsibilities:


Client Management

  • Serve as one of the primary client contacts, managing communication via email, phone, and meetings.
  • Lead the development and delivery of client agendas, action items, recaps, and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure on-time, accurate execution of client deliverables, including PR and social media initiatives.
  • Support strategic planning, annual program development, and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and external vendors.
  • Contribute to client presentations, brainstorms, and campaign development.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and attention to detail.

Media Relations

  • Manage media outreach, including drafting press materials, pitches, and media kits.
  • Build and maintain targeted media lists; track outreach, coverage, and reporting.
  • Consistently secure organic and positive earned media placements relevant to client goals.
  • Support the development of media strategies and creative storytelling concepts.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on writing, research, and project coordination.

Event Execution

  • Lead event planning from concept through execution, including venue sourcing and vendor coordination.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of PR agency experience, with direct client management.
  • Proven media relationships across national and regional lifestyle media outlets, with a track record of
  • securing meaningful coverage (print, broadcast, and digital).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe, and relevant PR tools.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.
