Located in Chula Vista , CA Salary: $24.00-$27.00/Hr Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Account Manager. This qualified clerk will provide support to a company in the Chula Vista area. Qualifications: Oversee specific vendor accounts and resolve issues involving with quality, delays, and billing Responsible for overseeing all weekly shipments to vendors (Every Week) and provide shipping tracking information Billing and invoice by utilizing QuickBooks Software Run reports such as production, inventory, and purchase order reports Requirements: Must be bilingual in English & Spanish Must be experienced in Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and QuickBooks for invoicing 1 year minimum experience is required in supply chain environment Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Pay: $24.00-$27.00/Hour
