Amazon is seeking an Account Management executive for its DSP Program team. The person will be responsible for working on multiple charters in the DSP program, such as compliance, VAS, partner profitability, MOT and Block mix at stations, reporting mechanisms, tracking partner review AIs, monitoring daily performance metrics, and publishing reports. The role reports to the Business Coach / Sr. Business Coach.
The ideal candidate should have ownership qualities, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, be proficient in Excel, possess strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify improvement areas, and have good oral and written communication skills. Travel across multiple stations may be required based on Business Coach directives to address operational urgencies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in verbal & written communication
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Operations/field experience preferred
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook
- Ability to analyze large data sets and identify patterns
- Decision-making skills in guideline-based and ambiguous situations
Loop competencies:
- Quantitative/data analytical skills
- Deep dive analysis
Basic qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline
- 1-5 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, stakeholder management
- Last mile operations experience is an advantage
Key job responsibilities:
Account Management executives will support BC in tracking metrics like DOT, MOT, partner profitability, and others, addressing issues, and supporting onboarding and compliance activities. Additional tasks include monitoring DSP performance, resolving disputes, scheduling vendors, and managing documentation for new partners, especially during pinnacle launches.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
