Account Implementation Specialist/Excel Specialist
LHH recruitment is hiring for an account implementation/Excel Specialist in the Boca Raton, FL area. Our client is searching for an account specialist with a very strong advanced excel background. This is a direct hire opportunity with a great company that offers excellent benefits.
Responsibilities to include:
- Reviewing agreements, payee schedules, W-9s, and ACH
- Review and store all documentation
- Set up information in the administrative systems
- Vendor Follow up
- Tracking and reviewing
You are a great fit if:
- Automotive industry experience
- Advanced Excel skills(Pivots, VLOOKUP's, Experience with VBA or Macros a plus)
- Degree in related field
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
