Account Implementation Specialist/Excel Specialist

LHH recruitment is hiring for an account implementation/Excel Specialist in the Boca Raton, FL area. Our client is searching for an account specialist with a very strong advanced excel background. This is a direct hire opportunity with a great company that offers excellent benefits.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Reviewing agreements, payee schedules, W-9s, and ACH
  • Review and store all documentation
  • Set up information in the administrative systems
  • Vendor Follow up
  • Tracking and reviewing

You are a great fit if:

  • Automotive industry experience
  • Advanced Excel skills(Pivots, VLOOKUP's, Experience with VBA or Macros a plus)
  • Degree in related field
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
