Pay: $75,000 to $80,000/year + Uncapped Commission
OTE: First Year $110,000-$115,000; Year 2+ $140,000-$150,000

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a driven Account Executive who has a successful track record in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or talent acquisition solutions, and is excited to break into the recruitment marketing space. While previous experience in recruitment advertising is a plus, it is not required-we're more interested in your ability to sell strategically, build relationships with HR buyers, and close deals that solve real hiring challenges.
What You'll Do
- Sell GoToro's programmatic recruitment advertising solutions to HR, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, product demos, proposals, and closing.
- Deliver consultative presentations that demonstrate the ROI of our platform.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and account management to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Transition new clients to the Account Management team for onboarding and campaign launch.
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to manage pipeline and forecasting.
- Stay up to date on industry and technology trends affecting the future of hiring.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales-preferably selling SaaS, marketing solutions, or HR tech.
- Track record of hitting/exceeding sales quotas in a consultative environment.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
