Key Responsibilities for Account Executive: - Enhance sales to current customers in your designated territory and identify potential new accounts
- Develop and maintain strategic accounts at the local level
- Craft and implement effective sales strategies and objectives
- Continually improve selling skills and technical knowledge of all TruckPro products and services
- Foster and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Frequent travel within the market to engage with customers daily
Qualities of a Successful Account Executive: - A minimum of 3 years' experience in outside sales or account management
- Knowledge and experience in heavy-duty truck and trailer parts
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) principles
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new software
- Proven record in goal setting, sales initiatives, and business development
- A high-energy, self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment
- A commitment to building strong and supportive client relationships
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- A dedication to outstanding customer service
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
