Job Description: As a Senior Account Executive specializing in key accounts and partner management, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for managing key client relationships with the utmost professionalism, while also cultivating partnerships with resellers and integrators within the security industry. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing these relationships to maximize sales opportunities and achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities :


  1. Manage and cultivate relationships with key accounts to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Recruit, onboard, and enable resellers and security industry integrators to effectively promote and sell our products and solutions.
  3. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's partner ecosystem and drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
  4. Lead partner engagement activities, including training sessions, joint sales calls, and marketing initiatives, to drive awareness and adoption of our offerings.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and support, to ensure alignment on partner strategies and initiatives.
  6. Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage partner and customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate pipeline data.
  7. Demonstrate strong prospecting skills and tenacity as a hunter to identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to effectively position our products and solutions in the marketplace.
  9. Provide regular reporting and updates on partner performance, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or partner management roles, preferably within the security industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and experience working with resellers, distributors, and integrators.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and strong attention to detail in maintaining CRM hygiene.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, partners, and attend industry events.
