Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive located in Scottsdale, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating sales, and growing the customer base. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience in selling technical services, account management, and relationship building
- Knowledge of Microsoft and IT services, cybersecurity, and technical solutions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is an advantage
