Account Executive Job Description
Live Tinted is rapidly growing and we are further building out our Field Team of Account Executives as we continue to expand in retail. We are excited to partner with Ulta Beauty to grow the Live Tinted brand in the US. As we continue to build out the team in the field, we are looking for people who are passionate to bring the inclusive Live Tinted experience to the customer, and that are eager to thrive in a fast paced environment, representing the brand with authenticity.

That means clean makeup that is bold enough to show up on everyone, along with beauty essentials that help with hyperpigmentation and color correcting.
Our products have amassed love from our community and have won multiple awards- including Ulta Beauty's Emerging Brand of the Year Award, Allure's Best of Beauty Awards, the WWD Beauty Inc. Innovative Product of the Year Award, O-Beauty Awards, Glamour Beauty Award, and the Essence Best in Black Beauty Award
Desired Criteria:
- Passionate about diversity, inclusion and sharing the brand with a wide array of beauty consumers
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the brand values
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to identify and share custom beauty solutions with all consumers
- Proven track record of achieving territory growth
- Experience planning and executing impactful beauty events and trainings
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and feedback loop to share insights with the larger organization
- Proven capability to develop, motivate, and manage beauty advisors
- 3-5 years experience in prestige beauty with retailers like Sephora and/or Ulta Beauty
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by building a community of customers through retail experiences that build brand love and loyalty
- Responsible for proposing/ evaluating efficient and productive call cycles to maximize geographic growth potential and build awareness during key tentpole moments
- Drive conversion and overall market share with product expertise, consumer experience and brand storytelling.
- Build meaningful relationships with store teams, while sharing upward feedback to help inform decision making
- Responsible for maintaining merchandising best practices and inventory management in-store
Must be able to:
- occasionally lift up to 25 pounds at times and stand for up to 8 hours
- spend up to 100% of the working time standing and walking in the store
- Spend 90% in the field, including most weekends
- Keep open lines of communication via email, video calls, Slack, etc
- Have reliable transportation to travel within the assigned territory
