The Role


As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing high-value enterprise sales cycles, engaging key decision-makers, and closing complex deals. You'll be selling a mission-critical AI-powered R&D platform, helping biotech organizations drive innovation and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, identifying and closing net-new enterprise deals.
  • Engage with CIOs, Heads of R&D, and key decision-makers to showcase the value of the platform.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder, high-value sales cycles, ensuring long-term business impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, and product teams to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company's dominance in the biotech market.

What Does Success Look Like? You establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and uou successfully close high-value enterprise deals, contributing to the company's continued revenue growth.


Who We're Looking For:


  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales, with experience closing high-value deals.
  • Track record of success selling into biotech, pharma, or life sciences is a plus.
  • Playbook seller with a history of executing structured, repeatable sales motions.
  • Ability to engage senior executives, driving strategic conversations that lead to long-term partnerships.
