The Opportunity

As an Account Executive at Hakimo, you'll join an early-stage go-to-market team responsible for driving revenue across both SMB and enterprise accounts. You'll work directly with leadership, including our CEO and sales leadership, to execute a value-based, multi-stakeholder sales motion-helping shape the future of our sales engine and building a new market category in the process.


This is a high-impact role with direct visibility, clear quota expectations, and the ability to grow into future sales leadership or account management roles.


What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle-from qualifying inbound leads to closing and onboarding
  • Sell into property managers, Commercial Real Estate owners, and security decision-makers at high-profile locations
  • Lead ROI-driven demos that highlight productivity gains, risk reduction, and compliance support
  • Build a disciplined, repeatable pipeline and follow-up process in Salesforce
  • Close multi-stakeholder deals, often working with leaders across Security, IT, Finance, and Operations
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and our top AEs to refine the playbook as we move upmarket

What You'll Bring

  • 3-6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Process-driven and accountable with high follow-through
  • Experience selling to multiple stakeholders using a value-based approach
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and business acumen
  • Coachable, self-directed, and resilient in early-stage environments
  • Bonus: Experience at a leading B2B platform (e.g., Salesforce, Workday) + time at a Series A/B startup
  • Bonus: Familiarity with physical security, CRE, or property tech markets
