Account Executive AI/ML SaaS SF $230k-$300k OTE + Equity


KTS Group is partnering with a high-growth AI tooling company in San Francisco to hire an Account Executive who will play a foundational role in scaling go-to-market strategy, revenue, and team structure.


This role is ideal for a seasoned AE with technical sales chops, eager to work directly with co-founders, senior AI stakeholders, and a product that's shaping how world-class teams manage multimodal data.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own full-cycle sales: from outbound prospecting to closing six-figure+ ACV deals
  • Partner with the Head of Sales and leadership to refine GTM motion
  • Drive pipeline development and close deals with Heads of AI, CTOs, and technical buyers
  • Help expand into new verticals, regions, and customer profiles
  • Provide valuable product feedback from the front lines to influence the roadmap

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years as an AE or Sales Manager, with full-cycle sales experience
  • Experience selling into AI, ML, or data tooling space OR to highly technical buyers
  • Consistently top performer in quota achievement, promotions, or club-level recognition
  • At least one 2-4 year tenure at a growth-stage or early-stage startup
  • Strong outbound, commercial instinct, and rapport-building skills
  • ️ Background at companies like Scale AI, Vercel, Labelbox, Retool, W&B is a plus
  • ️ Competitive, ambitious, and career-oriented-ready to build something big

Role Details:

  • OTE: $230k-$300k
  • Equity: 0.02%-0.05%
  • SF-based In-person 3-5 days/week (North Beach office)

  • Full-time Reporting to the Head of Sales
