clients across various industries. Established in 1982, our journey started as an in-house maintenance division for a
property management firm. With sheer grit and determination, we progressively expanded our horizons to serve
various other property management companies outside our network and the bustling commercial and retail sectors.

We are looking for an experiance Account Executive with at least 4 years of B2B Sales experience. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business within the B2B sector. Your
primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and
delivering innovative and customized solutions that align with our offerings. You will be a key player in creating and
fostering lasting relationships with key decision-makers in Retail, Restaurants, Hospitality, and Commercial Property
Management, ensuring their utmost satisfaction. This entails engaging with clients both locally and regionally,
necessitating travel for at least 25% of the time, and actively participating in special events like trade shows and
networking events.
