What You'll Do


As an Account Executive, you won't just close deals-you'll build meaningful partnerships with merchants across industries. You'll consult with business owners, identify payment needs, and provide tailored solutions using our suite of advanced tools and technologies. This is a high-impact, hunter-style role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


Responsibilities


  • Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing prospective merchants
  • Closing 12-15 new merchants per month in your first year
  • Present and sell payment processing solutions that solve real-world business challenges
  • Maintain a full sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth merchant experience
  • Stay up-to-date on payments industry trends, compliance, and technology
  • Use CRM tools to track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Represent the Aurora brand with integrity, energy, and professionalism
