Account Executive - FinTech - NYC

With an ARR of $100M and momentum accelerating fast, they're scaling aggressively and making major waves in the market.
They're now hiring a dynamic Account Executive to join their NYC-based team and take charge of the full sales cycle with high-value clients in the healthcare sector. This is a mission-critical role within their sales organization-one that offers the opportunity to directly shape the company's growth trajectory as they expand their presence across the region.
Fueling their success is a powerhouse leadership team with deep experience in building and scaling market-leading companies. They're also backed by elite investors and strategic advisors-including former U.S. Governors, White House veterans, and renowned tech pioneers from across the nation.
This is an office-based role in NYC.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle-from initial prospecting to deal closure
- Proactively uncover new business opportunities through a mix of warm leads and strategic cold outreach
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Keep a sharp pulse on market trends and competitive movements to inform sales strategy
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, staying ahead of emerging trends and opportunities
The Successful Candidate
- 2+ years full sales cycle management within the B2B sector
- Experience within the FinTech / HealthTech industry is ideal but candidates from other SaaS backgrounds or B2B backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Commutable to New York City daily
Account Executive Package
- Basic salary up to $100,000
- Uncapped earning potential, their top performing AE is earning $40,000+ per Q
